When you place an order we collect your name, phone number, your order details (items, pickup time, and any notes such as boat-pickup information), and any review you choose to leave. We do notcollect or store your credit card number — payments are processed securely by Square, and card details are entered directly into Square’s system.
Why we collect it
We use this information only to prepare and fulfill your order, to contact you about your order if needed, to estimate pickup times, and to keep records required for tax and accounting purposes.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the service providers that run our ordering system:
- Square — payment processing.
- Vercel — website hosting and anonymous, aggregated visit analytics.
- Neon — secure database hosting for order records.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained as long as needed for our business and to meet tax-record obligations, after which they are deleted or anonymized.
Your rights

Allergens
Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, tree nuts (pistachio), eggs, and other allergens, so cross-contact is possible. If you have a food allergy, please contact us before ordering.
