These terms apply to orders placed with La Focaccia Sandwich INC through our website. By placing an order you agree to them.
Ordering & pickup
All orders are pickup only at 119 Medora St, Port Carling, Ontario. You can order for pickup as soon as possible or schedule a time. Catering trays require at least 24 hours’ notice.
Pricing & payment
Prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable HST (13%) is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Payment is taken in full at the time you order, processed securely by Square.
Wait times
Estimated pickup and wait times are best-effort estimates based on current kitchen load and are not guaranteed.
Our right to cancel
We may cancel or decline an order — for example if an item is sold out, a pricing error occurs, or we’re unable to fulfill it. If we cancel a paid order, you’ll receive a full refund. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Allergens
Our food is prepared in a kitchen that handles gluten, dairy, tree nuts (pistachio), eggs, and other allergens, so cross-contact is possible. If you have a food allergy, please contact us before ordering.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
