Refunds & Cancellations

Everything is made fresh to order, so please review your order before paying. Here’s how we handle changes and refunds.

Cancelling an order

Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible at info@lafocacciaportcarling.com. If we haven’t started preparing your order yet, we’ll cancel it and refund you in full. Once preparation has begun, an order generally can’t be cancelled.

If something’s wrong

If your order is incorrect, incomplete, or not what you expected, let us know at pickup or contact us right away and we’ll make it right — typically by remaking the item or issuing a refund.

Orders we cancel

If we cancel your order for any reason (for example, an item is sold out or we can’t fulfill it), you’ll receive a full refund.

Missed pickups

Orders not picked up are prepared and held for you. Because food is made fresh, no-shows are generally not refundable — please contact us if there were circumstances beyond your control and we’ll do our best to help.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned through Square to your original payment method. It may take a few business days for the funds to appear.
